Episode 46: Andrea Myers

Andrea Myers is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board certified orthopedic specialist, Bike Fitter extraordinaire, ex-pro road cyclist, fierce runner, and a certified running coach. She is a queen problem-solver and deeply passionate about helping others discover strength and possibility beyond what they think they’re capable of. 

Andrea is one incredible, strong, bright, and inspiring human! In this episode, she talks about the importance of family and being present, growing up as a science nerd, Zwifting with her nephew during the beginning of Covid times, and shares about her love of learning in PT school. Andrea opens up about moving to Connecticut to train as a professional cyclist, meeting her now husband, who is her biggest cheerleader, conquering Mt. Washington on her bike, not only once but 3 times, AND after battling and recovering from a major injury! Other topics discussed include not giving up, mental training, mindset, and resilience.
